Restaurants during P&P Party? El Pirata? Pecos?

Anyone know where to find the list of counter service restaurants opened during the 08 Pirate and Princess Parties? We're going March 6. I'd like to try El Pirata el Perico, but it's never opened when we are there (in March).

HEAVENS, DO NOT EAT AT P&P...IT IS HORRIBLE.
And I love any and all Mexican food.
We ate there on Labor Day during the PPP...I don't know why it is ever open. Go next door to Pecos Bill's.
Cosmic Ray's was open, too.
