Restaurants at SOG?

Can I make an ADR if I'm not staying there? I've never seen a discussion so I hope someone knows..TIA

No ADRs. You just go and ask for a table, but I think you can make a reservation at Manginos, the Italian restaurant. You would have to call them direct. The buffet restaurant (Garden Gallery) is nothing special. I would be generous to equate it to something like Golden Corral. The cost keeps rising and I would not say it is worth the money. You really can find better options other places. Evergreens, the counter service, has good food, but again, you can find CS food anywhere on WDW property.

I may be wrong, or things have changed, but I believe to get anywhere in SOG you have to have to be staying there, or have military or DoD idendification.

Even with a reservation at Mangino's, you may be asked to show some form of military ID to access the SOG grounds. I would call and ask. The SOG Guest Services number is (407) 824-2437.
