I know this is way early, but my sister and I are going on our first Christmas time trip to Disneyworld.
We want to make this a very Christmas themed vacation.

Are there any restaurants you all have been to that have meals/drinks/decor that are special to Christmas? In the parks, DS or at the resorts.

We will definitely be doing both parties.

Thanks!

Several bars and restaurants have seasonal dishes…. I don’t remember anything special in terms of theming…

Hollywood and Vine should have their characters in holiday outfits.

You can also do dining packages for Candlelight Procession for various places in Epcot.

Jock Lindsay Hanger Bar in Disney Springs normally does a holiday overlay.

Hollywood & Vine is in Hollywood Studios. Candlelight Processional is in Epcot. You can do Hollywood & Vine for Fantasmic though.

Thanks everyone.
Tentatively we will only be in MK and HS for the parties, not during regular hours.
We’ll spend a day at AK, a day at DS and 3 days at EP.

For our MK and HS days, maybe a resort near the park before the party.

CP will be a must! Maybe Biergarten for that?

The resort lobbies are decorated but not the restaurants themselves. The GF has a big gingerbread house in the lobby. Wilderness Lodge gets great reviews for its holiday decorations. You could do Whispering Canyon or Geyser Point and then take boat over to MK. Beach and Yacht also has gingerbread displays in their lobbys so anywhere around the boardwalk or along the Skyliner would be easy to get to HS. You also are able to get into the parks a couple of hours before the parties start.

Definitely want to hit all the monorail resort lobbies on the MVMCP day. That will be a highlight for sure! Maybe do WCC for an late lunch/early dinner before the party since that overlooks the lobby if I recall.

Since we are staying at the Swan, we will definitely check out the YC/BC and BW.
Any suggestions for a Christmasy late lunch/early dinner before the HS party?

CBS is beautifully decorated for the holidays and has a lunch and dinner menu that may appeal.

We are going right before Thanksgiving so I’m doing restaurant searches on YouTube lol. Well it’s early, but I love planning!

Diamond Horseshoe in MK (which currently serve the same menu as Liberty Tree Tavern) is usually done up with garlands and wreaths.

Agree Biergarten is lovely at Christmastime and the band plays Christmas carols too! Also in EPCOT, San Angel Inn (the one inside the pavilion) can be festive because the whole marketplace plaza is done up in Christmas lights.

We really like San Angel Inn- only ever had delicious food and drink there.
That’s so fun they decorate for Christmas!

Hollywood and Vine all characters are dressed for Christmas
Hoop Dee Doo the whole place is decorated for Christmas
San Angel Inn, The pavilion as well as the restaurant are very festive… All the lobbies especially Grand Floridian and Wilderness lodge go all out at Christmas

This is a very personal choice but when we first ate at WDW for Christmas Eve we loved it and it became a tradition: Flying Fish.

No it’s not decorated with Christmas ornamentation nor is the menu tilted toward the holidays besides the fact that it’s traditional for some to eat fish on this day but it’s filled with the spirit. Often guests dress for this occasion and we’ve seen several large multi generational groups enjoying their time together.

Eating here on this holiday brings a smile to my face remembering good times.
