Restaurants and transport

Hi I would like to book Boma and Chef Mickeys during my next visit in September. Can anyone tell me how to get to and from both restaurants while staying at ASMo. Will it be difficult as we are non drivers and using resort transportation. What happens if our reservations are after park closing time eg. Boma - if we have to do Boma - AK - ASMo and vice versa. Can we get to transportation centre from Both Ak lodge and Contemporary resort and then on to ASMo. We have stayed in ASMo before but always have eaten at our resort or in parks. This will be first time to other hotels and I want to ensure we can do it before I make our ressies.

Chef mickeys, take the ASMO bus to Mk, then the monorail around to Cont. We do this for Poly's Lilo and Stitch breakfast.

You can take any AK bus from the park you are at right before your Boma ressie. So if you are at Epcot going to Boma at AK, look on the bus board to find the number for AK's bus and ride it on over.

Budbeerlady is correct using WDW transportation (you can also walk from the MK bus stop to the Contemporary. It's a very short walk).

But if it were me, I'd take a taxi.

Just to clarify...you would take the AKL bus to eat at Boma not the AK bus.
Easy thing to remember, all parks and DTD work as transportation hubs, the TTC is no longer a hub

I second the cab suggestion- we did it and it was well worth the money.

thanks for that - I didnt know you had to go via downtown disney to get to hotels - I would have automatically went to transport centre.
