Restaurants and parades

Are there any restaurants which are good to get at PS so you can see a parade or fireworks from? I know California Grill but what else.

I've heard Rose and Crown and Chefs de France for Illuminations.

What about in MK?

I'm thinking maybe Cinderella's Royal Table in MK for the fireworks. It overlooks Fantasyland and the fireworks are popped right behind. Maybe someone can shed some more light on that.

What about the motor cars parade in MGM? By any chance does that pass in front of Brown Derby??
