Restaurants and kids menu

I've read that at TS restaurants kids over 9 and even adults can order off the kids menu. It will only be me and my daughter on this trip. My DD is 11 and is a picky eater and will prefer to eat what is offered on the kids menu. The food portions are big and neither of us eat a lot. I'd like to share meals, but she's so picky that won't work at most places. So I was thinking we could both order a kids meal. Since we are light eaters, I'm not interested in restaurants making a larger serving of a kids dish, but rather just the regular portions. Here are the restaurants (not planning to eat at all these, just beginning to narrow my choices down) I'm looking at and wondering if anybody has personal experience ordering off the kids menu at these particular places. We will be paying OOP.

50's Prime Time
BOG lunch and dinner
The Plaza
Beaches and Cream
Big River Grille (only because we're staying at BW)
ESPN (only because we're staying at BW)

Also thinking about Via Napoli, would an individual pizza feed 2 people? She only eat 1 slice when we order pizza and I only eat 2.

I can't help with the Via Napoli pizza question, but I'd think a pizza would have a minimum of 4 slices, so you'll probably be ok.

My daughter and I always share Via Napoli pizza and it is enough for the 2 of us. She generally eats 1-1 1/2 pieces and I enjoy the rest! This is hands down the best pizza on property so hope you can enjoy. You can also get pizza 1/2 and 1/2 on each side if that helps with the ordering
