Restaurant Tour at AKL?

Does anyone know for sure if this is offered every day of the week? We are thinking of spending some time at AKL before an evening at Animal Kingdom and would love to finally do this. It would be a Sunday though.

No it isn't every night. I think it's only once or twice a week. If you ask on the Jambo thread they will have more info on which days it's offered for its guests.
