Restaurant suggestions between MCo and Cape Canaveral

We are flying into Orlando, renting a car and then driving to Cocoa Beach. We are staying at the DoubleTree in Cocoa Beach the night before our cruise. We will be on the road around dinner time, any suggestions for a great place to eat on the way? Our only qualifications: not too far off the highway, DD has been known to get lost from time to time.

hopefully someone else will answer you, because i really don't remember anything along the way......but then again we went in the morning and were very focussed on getting to port canaveral so we didn't really pay attention to what there was along the way.......
if you're really hungry when you get to MCO, maybe you should eat in the terminal or else wait until you get to cocoa beach....

My DW & I ate at the Florida's Seafood & Grill Cocoa Beach when we cruised last December; and I'm not that much of a seafood junkie! We had an excellent meal there.

I don't recall any sort of restaurants along the route from MCO to Cocoa Beach. Check out Dave's Website: www.dcltribute.com Check out the maps section. There are several restaurants listed in it. I noted that the Double Tree is only several blocks from the Seafood & Grill. It's ony like 40 miles from MCO to Cocoa Beach, so you would be there within an hour of leaving MCO.

There is no place to eat on the Bee line(I know they call it the Beach line now but for us oldies it will always be the Bee line). Either eat at the airport or wait until you get to Cocoa.l

Once your on the B-Line you wont find anything... We *planned* on getting rental car, hop on the road & first fast-food place we saw we would grab a quick lunch.. 45 minutes later the kids were starving and had not seen one place to eat... McDonalds never tasted so GOOD...
