Restaurant suggestion needed

This is our first trip to Disney, labor day weekend. We are using DXDDP and will arrive at Caribbean resort early Thursday afternoon.
We have 2 entitlements left on our dinning plan, if everything goes as planned, that is,lol.
Looking for suggestions for dinner on arrival day. We were going to spend the afternoon at the pool but don't want to eat in the food tent at Caribbean if at all possible.
Our daughter would love to eat at Sanaa for the experience, but I was not sure after looking at the menu....
Any suggestions on other neat restaurants?
