Hello,

We are going in 6 weeks tomorrow :jumping1:

When do you suggest we sign up for discounts etc from the various restaurants, like golden coral, IHOP etc.

Also I notice it asks for a zip code do we put our home address one in, or if not which "american" postcode do I put in

Thanks

I have learnt the hard way with zip codes. Unless I am having something shipped to my UK address I now use my resort details in the US. Often sites accept the post code/tel. no format when you put it in and then problems occur later.

I'd use the zipcode of your resort.

I'd also leave registering a little longer, I did one for Big River Grill the other day without thinking about it and it came with an offer on the thank you for registering mail that only lasted 30 days, so I'd probably leave doing it till about 2 weeks or so before you depart, then any coupon you get will cover you for the duration of your trip.

If I need to quote an address I use 34747 as the zip code. We always seem to be in this area when we rent a villa, it seems to be huge. I know UK postcodes cover perhaps 20-30 houses but this zip code looks like a couple of hundred square miles!

What vouchers are you going for? I have signed up for a couple of places (Outback and Pizza Hut) but hadn't really thought about any others. Do you get any discounts worth using?:confused3

Thought I would sign up with Denny, IHOP, Golden Corral etc, we have free dining but are eating out one breakfast and one dinner per week for the three weeks, hopefully get some form of discount. I am sure I read on here if it is your "birthday" when you go, you get a good offer.

Texas de basil and Tony Romas usually do a 2 for 1 if it is your birthday when you go.

Village Inn and Perkins which we like for breakfast also did a 2 for 1.

Leave it until a couple of days before otherwise they will expire too soon.

I always put my US address (hotel or villa ) no problems.

Sweet Tomatoes send me a buy one get one free coupon about twice a month, also holihans(sp?) have started sending me some freebie starters and dessert coupons recently.
HTH
