Well, this is going to be long, so grab a coke and some Doritos before you start reading. ;) Our dining experiences are rated on a scale of 1-5:
1=Yuck! We definitely won't be back.
2=Not impressive, but edible. We probably wouldn't return.
3=Average meal. We might be back, but with so many places to eat, who knows? ;)
4=Yummy! We would be back, and we would recommend this to others.
5=Roll-your-eyes-in-the-back-of-your-head good! This is a must do for us on future trips, and we highly recommend it to others!
I indicate when we used our wishes from the Discovery Magic package as well. I hope these help!

Day One

Main Street Bakery: 2

We stopped here for an early morning bite to eat. DB got the strawberry shortcake. I had a croissant and the pineapple. The pineapple was good, and they really give you a heaping serving for $3.00. The croissant was a bit hard. My boyfriend's strawberries were old and shrively. They were definitely not fresh, and the whipped cream was not real whipped cream (which wasn't too bad). The counterstaff was very friendly, but the worst part was the cleanliness of the restaurant. None of the tables were clean (granted, it was very busy), the floor was full of smashed fruit, smashed pastry, and the seats had chocolate and crumbs all over. In addition, our cokes didn't have any syrup in them which made them taste yucky. This was our worst meal/snack of the whole trip (which I think all in all is pretty good :) )

GF High Tea: 4

We arrived in shorts and nice shirts, and we felt a bit underdressed. Most of the ladies had on dresses or slacks, and men wore slacks and nice shirts. If we go back, we will probably dress up a bit more for this. However, the waitstaff did not make us feel uncomfortable. They were very friendly and attentive. Now on to the food: My DB and I had the Grand Tea. This is A LOT of food and could easily be dinner if you have a late tea. I had Jasmine Tea, and my DB had the Spice Tea. We both loved our selections. The tea is served in nice china teacups. We each had our own teapot and strainer. Our teapot stayed in an elegant tea cozy throughout our meal. We were seated at a table in the corner overlooking the GF pool. The presentation and atmosphere was lovely and very relaxing. First, we enjoyed a yummy glass of champagne with a strawberry. Then, we were presented with a variety of tea sandwiches: watercress & cucumber (my favorite), salmon, chicken salad (DB's favorite), and one other (that I can't remember at the moment). Next, we were given scones with Devonshire cream (delish!) and jam tarts. Lastly, we both selected the strawberries and cream as our dessert. The strawberries were very fresh, and the cream was real whipped cream. This was such a nice break from the park, and I feel certain that we will return.
TOTAL for 2 adults: $60.00 with tip

Artist Point: 4
**Used one wish per adult**

We were seated in the middle of the restaurant, but it was not too noisy. The waitress was very friendly, she made great recommendations, and she explained the menu in great detail. DB had the mussles as an appetizer, and I had the ****ake Mushroom soup. The soup was definitely a 5. It was extremely rich and creamy, so I couldn't finish the whole bowl, but now I wish I had another bowl in front of me (yum!). DB liked his mussles, but he said they were "good" not "great." As an entree, DB had the chicken and I had the pork chop. The pork chop was cooked to perfection. DB loved his chicken. It was moist and tender. By now, we were pretty stuffed, so we shared the Artist Point cobbler. I thought the cobbler was great, but DB didn't like it. He thought it was more like a cake, because it did not have a syrupy, fruity filling (we're from the south ;) ). It was absoulutely huge, and the two of us couldn't finish it. The blueberries were wild blueberries, and there were other kinds of raw berries piled on top. Overall, we thought that this restaurant was a great way to spend our wishes.
TOTAL for 2 adults: $93.17 with tip

Still much more to come. Please feel free to send any questions!

Can't wait to hear where else you ate!

Wonderful reviews! I love all the details.

The high tea sounds very nice. How much time do you think you spent having tea, from start to finish?
