Restaurant Reservations

I'm a little new to this so please bear with me. Last time we went to Disney there were no Fast Passes and you made restaurant reservations the same day.

My 180 day window is opening soon. We are staying at the Contemporary for 5 nights. Is it correct that I can make restaurant reservations for all my days at the 180 day mark? How do I sign in so that I'm able to do that? For restaurants at Disney Springs, should it be done through Open Table? Do I request a high chair with the reservation or when we arrive at the restaurant?

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

1. Yes
2. Create a My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney site. Link your resort, tickets and you will be able to make your ADRs at 180 days.
3. I did so we don’t have to cancel 24 hours in advance. You can add a note to your MDX so it is listed for that day.
4. I would so they know ahead of time.
Good luck and have fun. We got all but one and BOG at a different meal then we wanted. Know that you may be able to get an adr closer to your travels or the day before as others are canceling before the 24 hour window

Or, if you are new and the process is a bit overwhelming (it is for me and Ive been many many times!), you can call and make your reservations

They will want to know the ages of your party members and you can mention the highchair at that time, but always let them know at the restaurant too.
