Restaurant Reservations

How much in advance can you make reservations for on-site restaurants?
We are going in Feb.

We were there last February over Mardi Gras weekend and didn't need reservations for any of the restaurants, either in the parks, CityWalk or the hotel. But we didn't try Emeril's and that seems to be the only restaurant that posters say they need reservations for.

I made reservations yesterday for next week at Emeril's Tchoup Chop and I wasn't able to get the time I wanted. They had 5:30 and 8:30 pm. I asked for and got the Chef's Bar at 7:30. The previous poster is correct though, most restaurants don't require advance reservations except for Emeril's in CityWalk and TC.

I made reservations for Tchoup Chop on Open Table. It was quick and easy. Thanks for the help.

Go to Hard Rock Cafe's website and you can do a PX. (Please excuse) You can do this 30 days out from when you want to eat there. When you arrive give the hostess your print out of the PX and you will be seated within a couple of minutes. We did this for 2 nights, and the wait was 1 hour and we sat in about 3 minutes.
