Restaurant Reservations at City Walk

We are thinking of eating at Mythos, Motown, Margaritaville and a few other restaurants at City Walk. Would like to know which places take a reservation or call ahead? How far in advance should I call to make sure I get a reservation since we're going on a holiday weekend? Also, which phone number do I use?

Mythos is terrific, you'll enjoy it. But it is in IOA, not Citywalk. If aren't using park admission that day you can get a special 2 hour pass just to eat there (if you're not back at guest services in time they charge your cc). You'll need to call to make sure they are serving after 3pm that day.

Anywho, the only place that usually takes reservation is Emerils. Many other restaurants will only have priority seating. If you are staying on property your hotel key gets you in quicker at Margaritaville (others?)

Thanks to those that posted. The site mentioned above has a lot of information and I'm sure I'll be referring to it many times but I was wondering if their is a site that shows the menus and prices from the various restaurants?
