I'll be in Cherry Hill, NJ next week for training. I've been following Atkins and, since I'm the driver, I'll be influential in where we eat every night.

Aside from Ruby Tuesday, TGI Fridays, the Outback and Lonestar, does anyone have any recommendations for me to stay on track but still have a great meal... for me and the other non-Atkins types?

We just got back from a vacation in Florida, where we ate out most of the time. I found that pretty much any restaurant worked out for me, except Asian restaurants (too much sugar in those sauces, I don't want rice, and just ordering a plain stir-fry is yucky)

Even at the Italian restaurants I just ordered Chicken Marsala (chicken breast cooked in a wine sauce with mushrooms), and ordered it with veggies instead of the pasta side dish.

Most restaurants will have a steak, chicken breast, or hamburger on the menu (just order with no bun). Or they'll offer main-dish salads.

So, you should be ok! We went to Lonestar one time and it was very good! ::yes::
