Le Cellier -- the food here is amazing, but I'm not sure how much fun the children would have. It's more of a calm atmosphere
Garden Grill -- the character lunch I had here was great. Mickey, Chip, Dale and Pluto all were able to make it to our table twice, sign books, take pictures. The food was good as well: Flank steak and catfish with veggies and a great potato gratin casserole for the adults with chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, french fries and veggies for the kids. If you kids love characters, this might be one of the ways to go

Ohana - Family-style meal served with skewers. If the kids don't like the regular food served, then there are some children's options. There is music, a hula hoop contest, a coconut scoot across the floor race, and other fun activities that your children can participate in. It was great fun
Chef Mickeys - I've never been for dinner, but you didn't specify the time of day, so I'm going to add the breakfast here. It's one of my favorites -- just a fun-filled atmosphere (and maybe that breakfast is my favorite meal might be sneaking into that decision). Minnie, Mickey, Goofy, Chip and Dale are on hand to "visit" and take pictures/sign autographs. They sing a birthday song usually twice during your meal where you twirl your napkin in the air, and the selection is amazing (there was everything from donus, to mickey shaped waffles, fruit, cereal, pizza, and anything else you could imagine having for breakfast). It's a great time.
Good luck with your decisions. Enjoy the food at Disney, it's great!
