Restaurant opinions suggestions...

Ok, me and DH are going for a childless trip late August. We are staying off site, and looking for a nice Universal restaurant to celebrate ten years.

We looked at the vacation planning video, a few times last night, and the Portofino restaurant just doesnt look our style,... maybe it was just the guy in the bright red jacket! Mythos looked very interesting, but I didnt see anything about the City Walk restaurants..

DH saw the Emerils and was like hmmm.... we are hitting 90 day mark on the 25th of this month...

So you know, two childless, 30 somethings....

Emeril's is supposed to be fabulous. I haven't eaten there personally because I didn't make reservations enough in advance.! For dinner (unless you like to eat at 10pm), several months ahead is necessary.

I have eaten at Mythos and the food was excellent, except for my dh's fish, waaay dry.

Emeril's is pretty good, Mythos is good, but for the best meal in City Walk, I would make my reservations at the Latin Quarter. Yummy Yummy, we can't wait to go back...we tried to walk in this past Saturday night...the wait was way to long.
