Restaurant openings

I've made a couple of bookings today for our October trip

A bit disappointed to learn that Walts is not open for evening service during the week, only on Saturdays - so we've booked for 3.30 on our last day - last sitting is 3.45.

Also booked Bistro Chez Remy for 5pm, which is the last sitting.

Does anyone know if there is a list of what restaurants are likely to be open that includes counter service? I recall wanting to go to Toad Hall one day, but it was closed so would like to avoid roaming around if we can.
