Restaurant - Opening/Shutting Times in August

Hello,

I know it is a long way away but we will soon start going through the menu for our free dining (8 people to keep happy)

What I am worried about is how will I know what times the restaurants are open, for example which ones open for lunch, or which ones are open early around 5pm, then later 7pm etc).

Look at this page here on DIS, http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningmain.cfm#disneydining
find where you want to eat and on that page will be opening times or as much info as you can get so far out. If in resorts then times should be there, in parks then it will say open from ... close times vary, then you can't know until park hours are decided.
