Restaurant opening days/times...

We are going in December and i'm trying to decide where to eat. I know some places close certain days in the low season. Can anyone tell me where and when i'll be able to find out when the restaurants are open?

In particular Walts. Last winter it was open sun and wed i know, but not sure if it'll be the same this year.

They seem to change their mind on a fairly regular bases on this and there isn't an up to date list anywhere that I know of. The best thing to do would be to phone them up and ask.
