restaurant menus...

Is there a link that has restaurant menus, that maybe I can see what they have and plan accordingly? I am a VERY picky eater and on our third trip to the world, we went to the castle for dinner....uck!!!!! I didn't know what to get, and fiially begged with them to let me order from the kids menu.
