Restaurant menu expansion

I may have missed it being discussed somewhere but can't find any where around. Is there any discussion about an expansion of the menus for restaurants such as Blue Bayou or Cafe Orleans now that the parks are getting back to regular levels and the construction is wrapping up in New Orleans square? Pretty hard to justify a restaurant menu that only has four things on it and two of them are a deep-fried sandwich.

I went to one of the culinary demonstrations during Food & Wine, and the presenters mentioned that an entirely new menu for Blue Bayou would be coming soon. They implied summer, so I was hoping that maybe we would see it appear when the restaurant reopens.
