Restaurant Marrakesh - Royal Feast - upcharge

We are considering going to Restaurant Marrakesh (it's been a long while since we've eaten there - so any recent reviews are appreciated) - and were looking at the Royal Feast. I recall reading that there is an up charge, should you use the dining plan to order this… can anyone confirm and, if so, advise of what the up charge is?
