11 people, ages 69 to 5. Part of the group has gone a lot, part is going for their “one big trip.” We are getting the dp but also willing to pay oop as needed. All dinners, only doing 1 a day.
7 nights, 8 days (7 credits)

Must do:
CRT 2 credits
Biergarten 1
CP 1
H&V 1 or CM 1 (meet Mickey)
Sci Fi 1

Maybes:
Akershus 1
Coral Reef 1
Cape May cafe 1
Rose and Crown 1

What would you do for the 7th and what would you pay oop for?

I would choose Akershus or Cape May on the ddp.

I would plan to pay for Rose and Crown out of pocket, and I'd suggest booking Rose and Crown as one of your final meals, in case you've still got lots of quick service or snack credits to use. You might want to cancel it, and just spend a day snacking around the world to use up your credits.

I’m 99% sure we’ll have snack credits and Cs credits left. Its always too much food but this trip we’re doing it for convenience. Leaning towards Akershus for the TS credit. Might book both coral Reef and rose and crown the last day and cancel what we decide not to use.

Agreeing with @Disneylover99 on this point, I'd go with Rose & Crown from the maybe list, and pay OOP for that one. Coral Reef would also be fun for the atmosphere, although I didn't think their food was so great.

I ate at Coral Reef with my sister in February and LOVED the slow roasted beef with polenta. But we don’t eat seafood so I don’t think my kids would enjoy the food options. I just wish they could see the aquarium.

We've always loved Coral Reef. Unique experience and always have had decent food and service.
Never been to Rose & Crown as I find the menu rather boring. Been to England, great people, places...food not so much. Pay OOP as its the lowest priced.
Cape May Cafe is excellent if you love crab legs and other seafood. Non seafood lovers can get carved meats and other selections but is limited.

I would eat at the park you are visiting, or close by. I really enjoy Chefs de France at Epcot. One of my other favorites is 1900 Patk Fare at the GF. It is a buffet, but I really enjoy the character interaction, especially the step sisters. We like Sci-Fi and 50s Prime time at HS. Normally we eat CS at MK and AK. I am really looking forward to trying Skipper’s Canteen at MK though and Morimoto and Homecomin’ at DS.

Whatever you decide, I know you’ll have a great time!

I haven’t done chefs de France. I’ll look at the menu. We’ve done 1900 PF- loved the stepsisters! Thank you.
