I had asked this previously but unfortunately lost the response.

Are there buffets at Universal Studios, IOA, CityWalk, HRH or Portofino? Also, do restaurants at Universal have Priority Seating like Disney.

Well on certain nights(not sure which) there are buffets at Sunset Grill @HRH & Trattoria del Porto a@ PBH. Yes, for priority seating if you are staying on site. Also at HRC if you have an All Acess card.

Motown Cafe in Citywalk has a lunch buffet for $10.95. Latin Quarter has a salad bar buffet for $6.95, I think.

There is also a breakfast buffet at the Trattatoria. This may only be on Fri-Sun.
