Restaurant in France?

I see Les Chefs De France on this list as 1TS. Does anyone know about the other restaurant in France. Bistro De Paris? Is that a signature dining requiring 2TS? Thanks :confused3
 
Unless I'm missing something, it looks like Bistro is not on the DP at all...Sorry!
