Does anyone know what the latest seating for breakfast is for Kona Cafe and Tusker House? Also, is this information in general (restaurant hours for breakfast, lunch, dinner) posted anywhere?

It varies by restaurant. Your best bet is to call Disney Dining (407 WDW DINE) and ask them your specific questions.

It really varies by season and stuff too. Like, last May, lunch at most of the restaurants we would want started at 12, this year, I was able to get 11:30 in May. Go figure.
