Restaurant hours?

I am trying to plan my vacation for next year and determine the ADRs. Where do you get the times for each restaurant to know what times are B, L & D? Am I missing something on the Disney website?

The UG is good, but as a publication it's only updated about three times a year (and generally only drastic changes, such as ticket price changes). Many of WDWinfo.com's webmasters are right in the Disney area and can go directly to the restaurants and get (and post) current menus and hours.
