Restaurant hours in Jan?

We are going to Disney at the end of Jan. I know that the parks close earlier most nights that time of the year, but do the restaurants close early, too? If so, is there a list somewhere of restaurants that are actually inside the park and those that are outside? We are staying off site, if that matters.

I think restaurants tend to seat the last people at about 30 to 15 min before park closing.

For info on restaurants I would recommend the following two sources, both have menus and some opening times. Both also offer a list of all the restaurants at WDW:

Also just reading along here on the boards will bring along a lot of info!

If you plan on eating at a table service restaurant, I would strongly recommend to get ADRs (advance dining reservations). While the end of January isn't high season, restaurants at WDW tend to book out a lot and you might not be able to find a place where you get a table when you just walk up on the day. At the moment you should still be able to get a lot of restaurants for the times you want, at least I did about a week ago, when I got mine for the last week of January
