My Fiance and I just booked a 5-night Disneymoon last weekend. We did the Dream Maker Package with the Gold Add-on plan so that all of our food was included. The site says that we can eat at over 125 Disney Table and Counter service restaurants. How can we know which restaurants we can or cannot eat at on the package, and how soon should we make reservations for some of these restaurants? Is there any way for me to find out how this works or what? I am so confused!!

Thanks!:wave2: princess:

First great for both of you:) You can make PS 90 days out there is a site they can help you with that-someone please give her Scotts link-

Hang out at these boards you will get a lot of questions anwsnered. also check out other sites

A couple I like our www.allearsnet.com & www.ourlaughingplace.com

I also love the guide books WDW for Couples & Passporter for WDW.

Where are you staying?

Kae

First, thanks for the help.

Secondly, we are staying at the Animal Kingdom. I cannot wait!! This is my first time without my parents and siblings, and FH's first time EVER!! So we are TOTALLY excited! Have you ever ate at any of the places in Animal Kingdom?

What about Fulton's? Anyone ever ate there? I love Shrimp, well, any seafood, so I need some ideas, thought about eating at the Coral Reef Restaurant at Epcot. Anyone ate there?

Thanks for all the information!!:wave2: princess:

You can get quite alot of information from the WDW website, if you just e-mail them and ask, they have alot of information that they can e-mail to you. Also here is a brochure link that I found...

Congratulations! I'm going for my first time next year, on the gold plan, I'm very excited too...I'm sure you will have a great time.

I tried calling and the woman I talked to couldn't tell me which restaurants exactly were included and which weren't. She said that generally the restaurants in the parks are and the ones at Downtown disney aren't.

But I will definitely check out that brochure! Thanks!!:wave2: princess:

You can eat at most restaraunts with the Gold Plan - DD included. We used the Silver Plan last trip and ate at Whispering Canyon, Fultons and Planet Hollywood. We're doing the Silver again this trip and will be dining at Narcoosee's, Portobello and Fulton's using the Silver. Fulton's was great by the way.
But make sure you know what you're getting into with the Gold plan. Breakfast, lunch and dinner ... can you really eat that much every single day?

Yea, we thought about that.. I am not a big breakfast person, but normally on vacations, since we are running so much, I try to eat something.

FH's mom wanted all of our meals to be included... So she said do the Gold Add-on. That way we can be sure that we know we will have meals covered, and don't have to worry about taking extra money with us. We've already booked, so I guess if we don't eat 3 meals a day, we'll just have to remember that for the next time. The Silver plan just didn't seem worth it to us. I didn't like the wish idea, I wanted to be able to just go and eat and not worry about remembering which places took one and which took two.

Thanks for the info tho!:wave2:

I'm just a wanna-be Disney Princess at heart!! princess:

Another really nice feature of the gold plan add on, is that unlimited recreation is included. My DH has already said that he intends to book at least one round of golf each day...you can go horseback riding, parasailing, rent the little water mice, and do so many other things that you might not do if you had to pay for all of the extras. So you really can make it very worthwhile and very special without having to worry about money since practically everything is prepaid. I booked the gold plan so I wouldn't give in to the temptation the "cheap out" while on vacation...I'm sure you guys will have a fabulous time.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Lucky you honeymooning at WDW!

We've eaten at both Fulton's and Coral Reef, they are both great! The food at Fulton's IMO was better, but for atmosphere, you CANNOT beat the Coral Reef, it is absolutely stunning! Don't get me wrong, the food is also good. I would consider both a MUST on a honeymoon!
