Restaurant Help please!!

I'm trying to sketch out what ADR's I want to make for our trip in November - I'll need to make them next month, so I want to get an idea now.

We're staying offsite, so we're only planning a few TS meals at the parks/resorts.

Here are my thoughts so far:

Character meal:
Chef Mickeys
Crystal Palace as a back up plan

Dinner for just DH & I:
California Grill
Narcoossees as back up

Probably a lunch or dinner at Le Cellier, just because I want to try it!!

The inlaws will also be planning a dinner out on their own, so any suggestions you can make for a dinner for two type thing that I can give them would be great. They're very adventurous eaters, if that helps!!

I'll also be attempting to do an ADR for either 50's Prime Time or Sci-Fi for lunch.

I need ideas as to where to plan one more dinner: it will be DH & I, the inlaws, and DS, who will be almost 5. I'm looking for something kind of fun and Disney-esque. Definitely sit down, no buffet for this one. I'm thinking we're going to try and do this on one of our last two nights there - kind of a celebrating our vacation type deal. Also, MIL's 50th BD occurs during our trip, so we'll be celebrating that too.

Any suggestions?? TIA!!

Ok, I think your character meal and resort restaurant choices are terrific.
Next, Le Cellier. I think it's going to be easier to book a lunch ADR than
a dinner ADR due to the Disney Dining Plan popularity. I suggest you book
that first thing on the 180 day mark of the day you want to eat there.

For your in-laws, I suggest a dinner at Artist Point or Jiko. Both have a
romantic vibe, and they are two of my favorite restaurants.

Between 50's Prime Time and Sci Fi, I prefer the food at 50's Prime Time,
and dessert at the Sci Fi. If you do choose the Sci Fi, I suggest sticking
to the burgers. Your mileage may vary. (YMMV).

For the last meal, maybe you might want to try a dinner at Rose and Crown?
If you can get an ADR for 7:30, and you tell the podium cast member you'd
wait for a patio table, you might luck out and get a nice Illuminations view
with your dinner.

for you in laws maybe BOMA or Jiko so they can experience Animal Kingdom Lodge or Kona at the beautiful Poly resort

for your last meal you might enjoy Kona (if the in laws don't go there) and take the monorail to MK for fireworks or you can walk down to the beach after dinner to see the electrical parade and your child can play in the sand...or whispering canyon is a fun place to go ---your child would enjoy the restaurant and you can walk around the hotel and look at all the neat stuff they have

Your choices look good. We always do Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace for the kids, and the food in both is decent.

For the entire family, I'd recommend 'Ohana. It's super Disneyesque with silly Polynesian activities, leis for kids (and grown-ups), and good, though not gourmet, food. You mention celebrating the trip, and 'Ohana is perfect for that.

We also like Kona if you want something quieter. In either case, you'll get to explore the beautiful grounds of the Polynesian a bit.

For your in-laws, they might like Rose & Crown or Chefs de France, or perhaps.
