Is there a restaurant where you can eat and have a good view of Illuminations?

Yes, the patio seats at Rose and Crown offer a great view but can be hard to snag. The fast food place at Mexico, the Cantina offers a good view, too. Apparently, window tables at the Bistro have a view, too.

We ate at the Rose & Crown had a wonderful view. The space is very hard to get they only have a few tables outside and youjust have to be lucky to get one.:p :bounce: :earsboy: :earsgirl:

Try to get a seating at Rose-n-Crown about an hour to 1-1/2 hour before Illuminations is scheduled and ask for the upper terrace. The view of the show is the best and if you have a pre-k to kindergarden age child with you, he/she might be asked to start the fireworks for Mickey. Our then four year old did this last Christmas. It was the highlight of the trip.

Right next to the Rose & Crown they have outdoor seating available that is not connected to there restaurant, though it looks as though it is. If your facing the restaurant, it is to the left. You have to walk through and behing the area that they take reservations outside.

The have outside tables that anyone can sit at. I would suggest, staking out a table and then getting carry out at R & C or any other of the restaurants. I did this in May and it worked out great.
