Restaurant for autistic

I wear noise reducing earplugs and often have to wear sunglasses indoors at Disney due to a processing issue from a TBI. My favorite lower crowd, sensory friendly, quieter restaurants are:

MK: Liberty Tree and Jungle Skipper first reservation of the day. By the time you are finished lunch, the restaurant is just starting to fill up.

AK: Tiffins (inside or outside), outside seating at Restaurantosaurus

DHS: upstairs at PizzaRizzo but NOT the banquet room. The banquet room has a disco ball and music and is a sensory nightmare. The regular upstairs seating area is usually completely empty.

EPCOT: outside seating at Regal Eagle. This is where I listen to the concerts going on at the theater, because I don't have to see the flashing lights and the sound is lower than sitting in the theater but you may want to avoid if there's a concert at that time.

Resorts: The Mara, Gasparilla Grill, Olivia's, picnic tables at P&J's takeout, Jiko, Trattoria al Forno breakfast and first dinner seating, Primo Piatto

Avoid at all costs if you need a sensory break IMO: Sci-Fi, Restaurantosaurus (indoors), Rainforest Cafe, T-Rex, any character meal, anywhere in Galaxy's Edge, buffets, Beaches and Cream
