You can always buy discounted gift cards for restaurants you're interested in.

Any place you go into will have little stands set up with coupons on it and they always have lots of coupons for restaurants. I have found those have the best deals.

Sometimes , depending on the places to eat, you could look on living socials, or groupon for the area and see what is available as well. Sign up for the restaurants and see if they send out emails.

Check out the Welcome Center/Rest Areas if driving. They have a lot of pamplets for the tourists with coupons inside. Also some of the gift shops and motel/hotel lobbies have coupons.
