Restaurant.com mishap??

Have any of you ever had an issue with restaurant.com? I bought a few certificates on the 30th. Then today I got an email from them asking me how my dinner was and to complete a survey on our experience! I thought that was really weird, since I hadn't used any of them yet. I went to their website and signed into my account. One of my certificates is missing! I have it printed and haven't used it yet but it isn't even on my list, like someone used it.

I am wondering if when they were validating the certificate, they entered the wrong number.

Has anyone had anything like this happens?

It stinks the most because we were actually planning to use it TONIGHT! And their customer service is closed. :( I called the restaurant, but they were less than helpful and said it was impossible.
 
Very strange - and nobody else has access to your account? It makes sense the restaurant couldn't help you. I can't either, but yeah, probably something was coded in wrong by the restaurant. Things should be back to normal at Restaurant.com tomorrow (even if they're normally open weekends, I wouldn't blame them for taking a day off after the weekend they must have had after two days of 90% off :lmao: ) and they should be able to help you. Any chance you have the certificate number?
 
Yes I do have the number, I printed it off already... so at least that is good.
 
There Customer Service is usually pretty good. Email them and chances are they will send you a new certificate. Good luck!
