Restaurant Bookings?

We are off to DLP in November and was wondering whether I should book some restaurants before we go?
I think we want to try the Rainforest Cafe & Cafe Mickey (I know the reviews on the latter are not great at the moment but hoping things will have improved since then)
There are 3 of us travelling, DH who turns 40 over the weekend while we are there, DD age 3.5 who is Cinderella mad & me 35 yr old who loves Disney.

Any other reccommendations will be gratefully received!

I would book Cafe Mickey, but certainly when we went in March, Rainforest Cafe couldn't be booked in advance.

Yes, do book Mickey's cafe in advance. Try to avoid the crowds booking 15 mins earlier. Rainforest cafe can not be booked. It gets busy around 18.00

Can anyone tell me how I go about booking Cafe Mickey? Is there an email / website?

I'd recommend making advance bookings too, I made ours last week for our trip at the end of the month. I got the phone number for the restaurant booking line from the DLP website, but I have my confirmation letter in front of me and it gives the number as:

+331 60 30 40 50.

Silly question coming up, as I've never phoned outside the UK can you tell me how I dial the European number?

Also, was pondering booking 'Auberge De Cendrillion' DD- what are peoples opinions on that?

France is +33 or 033 if from landline. You put that in before you dial the number
