Go to Disney's official site and click on dining..then play around with various places and times. You should be able to find something since March 1 isn't that busy a time.
My suggestions would be, by park...
MK...
Crystal Palace for TS
Columbia Harbor House for CS

Epcot...
Garden Grill... TS
Sunshine Seasons....CS

DHS...
50's Prime Time...TS
don't have one for CS

AK...
Tusker House...TS
Flame Tree BBQ....CS or the Yak and Yeti counter service spot

Be sure you try the resort restaurants as well....sometimes they're easier to get into. But don't wait much longer...do it now.

I see a lot of people being down about getting ADRs this late so I just wanted to let you know that I just booked mine yesterday for my early March trip and got most of our first choices (just not Le Cellier in EPCOT). So, don't give up hope! And you can book them online and its really easy (http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/restaurants/?sortBy=nG:hasReserveOnlineFacet&fv_221990=on)!
