Can any of you wonderful people give me names of restaurants where 15 of us can eat after a wedding and also one that affords a good view of fireworks afterwards? :confused3

Thanks in anticipation!

I am assuming you mean Illuminations and not Wishes, but not sure. You can see illuminations from Rose & Crown....At Citrico's, GF, there is somewhat of a view of Wishes, O'Hana as well in the Polynesian has a view of Wishes, I would assume you might be able to see from Narcoosee's as well.

I am thinking you might be able to see if you are at a window, somewhat of a view from Chefs de France, I have not done this, but I would think it could be done and also from Bistro de Paris....at the window....again I have not done this.

the only one I have done it at is Citrico's and we got up from our seats to go to the window.

Can't help with Illuminations, but you can probably see Wishes fireworks best from either California Grill or Narcoossee's.

California Grill at the contemporary has an observation deck off the restuarant

You dont mention what time of year the wedding is but have you thought of holding your own little "cocktail hour" prior to eating. The Rose and Crown has a great outdoor area for viewing Illuminations or the beach at the Poly is also a wonderful place to view wishes - they have an outdoor pool bar.

Are you planning on being in wedding attire? Wedding dresses are not allowed in the parks except during a ceremony or dessert party and you have CM's with you.

Also it's tough to get a reservation for 15 at a later time in the evening. CG has a lovely wine room with a lagoon view that would be perfect and you could go out onto the terrace during the fireworks.

great view of the castle and you can view wishes too. They turn down the lights and pipe the music into the restaurant.:goodvibes

So glad to hear that the Shrimp skewers are back on the menu....We were going to skip it our October trip, but I think I am going to have too re think that.....;)

I am sure you could wear your wedding gown at the resorts.

Can anyone confirm if we can wear our gowns at the resorts? We're not going into the park as we will have three guests with us who are visiting for the day and won't have park tickets.

Ohana's sounds good........any other offers....what's flying fish like?
