Ressies @VWL??, if resale is started tommorow??

To all you VWL people out there, a question:

I would like to stay at VWL on Nov 26 - Dec. 2 in a 1 br. 3 adults 2 child 1 of wich is 2yr. old.
If I begin the non Disney purchase of a resale Tommorow is there a good possability of it being open when I am cleared to make ressies? Yes I know anything can happen, and purchase time varies. I am asking for a guestimate.
ANy way of getting this secured if not purchasing through Disney? A little creative help here. Thanks.

Have you contacted a DVC Guide at Disney to see if they have VWL points available for sale???

I would probably say that time will be difficult to get, you would probably have to waitlist for the room and it may or may not become available. I have booked a studio for that time the past 2 years at the 11 month window, day by day just in case.

I suppose you could try to rent a ressie and either pay or transfer the points to VWL owner who could try to book now for you. There are no guarantees that resale will pass ROFR...Book something now with cash, and see what you can get when/if you do get your VWL points...Have you decided that VWL is the one you're going to buy?

see what happens....

responses are usually pretty quick...
sometimes people book at that time....
knowing it is an easy rental

Yes VWL is where we will be I figure 200 pts. to start

No. The CRO bookings/inventory of DVC resorts are totally separate from our (owner's) point bookings.
