We're heading down in a little over a month so I've still got time to tweak our plans if needed. Just a little background - we're a group of 10 (6 adults, 1 4 year old, 2 2 year olds and 1 1 year old). We're doing the DDP and I have one more TS reservation than we have credits. Is there one that would be a better bargain to pay out of pocket?? Thanks for any suggestions.

5/19 Whispering Canyon Cafe (D)
5/20 The Crystal Palace (L)
5/21 Tusker House Restaurant (B)
5/22 Chef Mickey's (B)
5/23 Trail's End Restaurant (D)
5/24 Biergarten (D)
5/25 Cape May Cafe (B)

I feel like I may have too many buffets, but with 3 kids NOT on the DDP I think it might make life a little easier especially since the 2 year old are firmly in the "I'm not sharing" phase of life. With the exception of TE we will be a group of 10 so I'm anticipating some delays. We do have park hopper tickets for 4 days so eating in the parks is not a problem.

See anything I should change? Anything that we're missing that is a MUST do with such young kiddos? Right now our park days are the 20th, 21st, 23rd and 24th . . . does that look okay? Thank you so much!!

They look great...mainly because you took the time to research them and come up with what you know is best for your family, so don't worry about what anyone else thinks!

I'd pay one of the breakfasts OOP because they are usually less expensive than lunches or dinners. Enjoy your trip!

If that what works for your family, great!

But Chef Mickey, Tusker House, and Cape May are kind of repeating the same thing IMO

I'd pay OOP for the Cape May breakfast. As PP stated, breakfasts are cheaper PLUS you never know what might happen...it would be terrible to pay OOP for your first meal and then someone get sick and not use all the credits anyhow.

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking that Chef Mickey's, TH and Cape May were pretty redundant but I'm not sure what to sub in for them. Argh . . . it doesn't help that I am the ONLY one planning this at all and there are 5 other adults who could help but have left it to me. :)

And for the ticker go to quick links up top, then control panel, then you will see edit sig on the left side and you will see it from there Have fun

Another thought is to change up some of the breakfasts... those meals are normally easier to make up with snack credits at bakeries and such compared to lunch or dinners. They also normally take away from the best touring time in the parks. Pre-rd breakfasts seem like a great idea .... until you have 10people that you need out of the hotel at 7am! It doesn't work very well!

I'd look at some early lunch options instead. We try to do 1 breakfast during the trip. There are lots of fun meals that don't have characters too.
