At the beginning of my window of 105 days out as a Gold member I jumped online to ensure I got a Bruch booking at Palo for the last sea day on my Norway cruise. There were only 4 slots left and I grabbed one. Today I signed in and noticed that there was no ressie in my adventures 19 days later. i called Disney and they state that I never had one....

I am confident that i booked it and confirmed it.

arghhhhhhh

I wonder if you selected it, and then neglected to press that final confirm button. I wouldn't be too concerned, there should be some available on board and you can make a reservation on embarkation day.

That was my thought, also. Often, the "confirm" button isn't clicked. That's why I print out each reservation as I make and confirm it. And then the page with all my reservations after I'm done.

^ This. Usually, these confirmation emails come through almost immediately.

Without an email, I am not sure how you can prove to DCL that you booked/confirmed.

My sister had a reservation (Not Palo) of hers disappear. Disney said it didn't exist. Until she showed them the confirmation e-mail. They found a slot for her.

Looks like it was my mistake. Feeling a little bit bummed but at least I will not let it ruin my cruise. I will continue to watch the ressies and if one opens up I will grab it. Thanks for all the help.

You can go and try to get a reservation once you get on board. We've done it without any problems and we were travelling to PC with the resort shuttle (arrived late).

^ This. DCL usually holds back several signature dining slots from the online reservation system. Case in point: Palo brunch was sold out online for our recent Fantasy cruise. We arrived at PC late, and boarded around 1:30. I headed up to Palo and there were plenty of "walk-up" slots still available.

Hey, I think we may be in the same boat, literally. We are on the June 4th cruise. I booked a Palo brunch that day, and I just checked my account and it is out there. However, I also booked a Frozen meet and greet and it is not out there. I must not have hit the confirm button. Fortunately, some Frozen times are still available. Hopefully, you will be able to get a brunch reservation when you board.
