Hi Everyone

Please bare with me because this has probably been asked many times before: Are you better off calling for adr's or doing it online? Do the cm's have the same system as the public or are they privy to something else?

I have been trying to get adr's for Ohana's (online)for about 6 weeks for our end of October trip. I know its a hot ticket (one of our favorite) Does anyone have any tips for me? Im checking the October cancels daily....I missed one a few days back and was soo bummed out!

I appreciate any advice.

It's my understanding that the CMs see the same thing you will as far as what's available. Your best bet is to check often online, as in, multiple times a day. It can be a pain, but just keep checking. Hope something comes open for you!!

I agree. My partner and I have been checking for weeks for our trip at the end of Sept. I checked twice this morning and nothing. Checked a couple of hours ago and got a late res at 'Ohana for our preferred day. Patience can pay off and I did it all online. And don't give up. We're 9 days out from our reservation and something opened up.

Thank you....I will keep trying. I wonder if the system is on real time, up and running 24/7, or for example if someone cancels right before the close of buisness hours...will that not show up until 7am the next morning or something?

Anyway, I am obviously obsessing; so I will just keep trying!
