Ressie for 4 or 5???

We have 3 adults, a 7 yo boy, and 2 yo girl. The 2yo sits in a high chair. Can I get an ADR for 4 or do I have to get one for 5? I can get much better times for my ADRs if I get them for 4. Thanks in advance for any advice.

The "rule" would be ressies for 5. We encountered this last year when taking my kids and grandkids, including my 2 yo DGS.
