So since I have 7 adults and 3 kids in our party I can not use the on-line ressie system, is that correct? What if I book for 9, could I add the 1 extra later?

We are a varying group ( different parts of the gang arriving at different times ). At the low point, we will be 11, and the high point, we will be 25!!!! And yes, we definitely have to call in all our ADR's

You could try to book online for two parties of 5. I did that on one of our ressies (we're a party of 12). Just got lucky that I could get the same time for both. I was surprised that it let me do it, but I am going to double check that they don't cancel it since they are both under my reservation.

Definatly call! If you do two parties of 5 then you run the chance of them getting canceled for double booking, unless you put them under 2 name and numbers. Or you have the chance of not being near each other since they are not linked. I tried making ADRs for 8 online since at the time thats what we had in our party but had no luck figured nothing available. 2 more people decided to join us so I called and was able to get what we wanted for 10. Heck I was even able to get some things for our party of 5 on the phone that I couldn't online.
