Resrv. Changes HDD, Africa Trek, Parties ???

It appears for Hoop Dee Doo and Wold Africa Trek and all parties and "Magical Extras" ..per wording on Disney website that they have now been lumped in with ADRs at 60 days??? That will make securing things difficult!!
I remember for example Hoop Dee Doo was bookable about a year our and they decided your seats based on how far in advance you booked.

Please tell me this is not a permanent change!

HDDR is not currently open. The magical extras open 60 days out. Is that permanent? No one knows.

Hopefully this is the case, the year out it used to be was totally ridiculous! It's hard to know what's going to be happening in the world and in your life that far in advance!

Last few times I booked Hoop De Doo prior to Covid it was 180 days + length of stay just like other reservations for restaurants. Seating was based on when you booked though. We always got right on the edge of stage booking at our 180 days plus length of stay. I wish it was open but who knows when they will be able to even with the current hopeful rumors.
