Response time on reservation requests

Hello, I'm new the board and new to DVC. We bought an April use year share of Saratoga Springs in September. We just sent in a request for a reservation. How long does it usually take to get a response? The email we received said within 3 business days, but is it usually quicker? Seems like a long time to wait to hear if your plans will work, especially considering the costs of membership in the club?

Is there a quicker way to get reservations made?

Call Member Services....I had my ressies for 2 1/2 days before I got a reply from my online request.
 
You can call MS (Member Services), and you'll immediately know the room availability and make your reservations. I don't make any reservations using the website.

MS is now open 7 days a week.

And...welcome to the DIS! :)
 

Thank you. Normal hours are till 530pm eastern?

I believe that is what the recording said today. I had a question about something.....it was so easy to call them directly to make ressies when I got back home.
