JMO... I wouldn't expect a response for this. It's not that Disney doesn't consider it important, but they probably would treat it like a faux pas rather than a major problem. That's not to lessen the impact on you -- my DW and I did the rehitching ceremony for our 25th anniversary last year and it was a true magical moment. You celebrate anniversaries only once and it's not often you can celebrate major ones, like your 10th, at WDW. I know how special something like that can be.
I had a similar disappointment on our last trip in November. It took several attempts over several weeks to get management's attention -- this included emails, a letter and several telephone calls. I finally received some satisfaction from them, but I felt that I had to "prove my case" first.
If you feel it is very important to you, I would follow-up on it with a written letter (snail mail) -- sometimes this gets more attention -- and/or a telephone call or two.
