I really do appreciate the sentiment but I will be surpised if it holds up with the right to free speech and the right to assemble and whatever else the Phelps family can dig out. I hope it does happen and I never see any of the Phelp's family again.

The Fred Phelps cult lives for publicity. Many cult members are lawyers & know "their" rights. Their reasons for being are to litigate, to threaten to litigate, to demonstrate (& by demonstrating to disrupt other Americans' lives) and to attempt to make others' lives as miserable as their own. Since they think that America is going to Hell, I don't know why they don't move to another country...I'm sure that their brand of lunacy would go over well elsewhere .

They're pond scum, the whole lot of them.

It'll hold up. It's going to be argued like the "yelling fire in a crowded theatre" thing. We've already established that certain parameters can be set. Once that's established then it's all arguing about the details.
