Which one-bedroom DVC resorts allow sleeping for 5 people? I stayed at BLT with a guest I didn't want to sleep with, and she had the bedroom and I had the nice chair/bed in the living room. We didn't bother to fold up the bed, and still had the couch for sitting. If I go with my adult son, I would like him to have the bedroom (he is lukewarm about Disney...) and I want to sleep in the living room without using the couch. So other than BLT what choices of resorts do we have?

One bedroom units at BLT, OKW and non-value class AKV all have the sleeper chair. The other resorts do not.

If occupancy states 5, you can always take an inflatable bed and when not in use lean up between wall and a piece of furniture. Not that Id like to sleep on one but my kids love them

Adding to the above if it is also a consideration: only the BLT and AKV Kidani 1BRs have two bathrooms. Both od those are ideal for what you want and both are large 1BRs (larger than SSR, BWV, VWL and BCV, although smaller than OKW or VGF)

What about VGF? I want to try and book a two bedroom there next year ( hoping) and I thought that there was sleeper chair in living room there too. I a, going to try and view it when we goin march.

VGF does not have the sleeper chairs that pull out to a twin size. The 1BR does have a bunk size bed not large enough for a an adult that folds out of the desk that the TV sits on. If you have a lock-off 2BR, the studio also has that fold out bed.

At VGF all studio and 1BR have the fold down bed under the TV. If you have a 2BR then you get two of them.

Whether or not an adult can sleep on them probably depends on how tall you are. I got stuck on that bed one night because the kids fell asleep on the other beds and I didn't want to wake them up. I am about 5'10" and a bit n the heavy side. i did it and it was uncomfortable because my feet hung off but I tolerated it for one night. This is when I learned that the A/C vent blows right on that bed. I believe that someone who was 5'0" (or even a couple inches more) would fit ok. But if you are claustrophobic you might not like it.
