Resorts that sleep 5 adults?

Trying to plan a large trip for next November. We are dvc members but I don't know what hotels sleep 5 adults. I'm aware of the vacation club villas but am wondering if there is anything less expensive? Thanks for the help.

any of the deluxe resorts will sleep 5 it just depends how close you all are because you will be sleeping with someone.most deluxes have 2 queen beds and a day bed. you could also get a suite but then you will be looking at big bucks!

Don't forget, at a Deluxe, you will be paying a $25 per night charge for each adult in your party over the first 2 adults. So with 5 adults in the room, you will be paying $75 per night just for those 3 adults.

Occasionally this fee is waived or just missed, but I am not sure how often that occurs.

have you considered the wilderness cabins at fort wilderness? or one of the DVC resorts? good luck!

perhaps two rooms at a moderate or value (heck, the $75/night extra would pay for a value room!)? w/the bonus being extra bathroom and tv!

Also, Port Orleans Riverside sleeps five. Two double beds plus a trundle.

I don't think the trundle is recommended for anyone over the age of 10, unless you have a really short adult....

OMG! I completely missed the word *adult*. And it's even in her thread title!

All regular rooms at the Polynesian and CR sleep 5. Most rooms at the GF do too although the daybed there is not a full size twin. It is a bit more narrow.

Lots of rooms at Y&BC sleep 5 but the daybeds there are not twin size either..seem shorter and more narrow to me. I think the same is true at BWI. The rooms at these resorts are smaller too.

The regular rooms at AKL and WL do not sleep 5. At AKL, deluxe rooms offer a little more space and can sleep 5 for a steeper price. WL has junior suites or whatever the current name is that sleep six again for a higher price.

The cabins at Fort Wilderness sleep 6. Bedding includes bunk beds, a double bed and a fold down bed in the LR. Can't remember if it is a queen or double.

Depending on your 5, I would pick the Polynesian, CR or FW cabin if you want one room.

How about 3 adults and 2 kids...what hotel would you recommend? the kids are 6 and 3

I would NOT recommend the cabins for 5 adults! The bunk bed is really small. I think a normal adult would feel cramped in the bottom bunk. The two beds are doubles, and the one in the bedroom is pushed against the wall, so it would be really cozy for 2 people.

Probably the cheapest option is 2 rooms at a value resort. 2 bathrooms, 2 tvs and 4 beds will make you all get along well during the trip.

For 3 adults and 2 small kids you could do a room with a daybed. Can an adult share with one of the kids? The cabins would work, too.
